EDMONTON REGULAR RATES
(MON-FRI 8AM-5PM)
HOURLY RATE
Minimum charge is $90, this includes driving out to site and the first half hour of work. Additional time is billed out at $45 per half hour.

FLAT RATES
Vehicle open ups - $90
Residential open ups - $90 labour if lock could be picked open (About 70-90% of locks could be manipulated open) $90 labour + $39 for replacement lock if lock has to be drilled open and replaced

Standard Rekeys - $90 includes the first two lock rekeys, additional rekeys are $20 per lock if current working key is provided, $30 per lock if no working key is provided or the lock needs to be master keyed
SURROUNDING AREAS
Additional $30 labour/travel charge to surrounding areas of Edmonton including St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Nisku, and Leduc.

AFTER HOUR RATES
OVERTIME RATES
Overtime rates are charged 5PM - 10PM Monday to Friday or 8AM-10PM Saturday and Sunday.
Overtime charges are the regular rates x 1.5 ($90 x 1.5 = $135).

DOUBLE TIME RATES
Double time rates are charged seven days a week from 10PM-8AM
Double time charges are the regular rates x 2 ($90 x 2 = $180).
